We excel in a range of areas that drive real, measurable growth, including:Value Creation: Strategically investing to maximize the potential of our acquired brands..Operational Excellence: Leveraging best practices and a seasoned team to optimize brand operations..Sustainable Growth: Prioritizing long-term success through sustainable, smart decision-making..Data-Driven Marketing: Using analytics to build marketing campaigns that perform.Position:We’re looking for a creative, agile, and curious Design Intern to support the development and execution of digital creative across a large portfolio of ecommerce brands.Key Responsibilities:Translate creative strategy and briefs into strong visual assets including but not limited to paid social, organic, and web assets.Develop creative concepts while maintaining a strong understanding of each brand’s visualidentity, tone, and design language.Use AI-powered creative tools alongside traditional design software for ideation, image creation,iteration, and production.Approach briefs proactively, identifying creative solutions, and demonstrating a strategic andefficient mindset.Work quickly and confidently in an agile, fast-moving environment, responding to feedback andchanging priorities.Stay current with emerging design trends, AI tools, and digital creative formats.What We Are Looking ForCurious, resourceful, adaptable, and quick to learn.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and brand consistency at speed.Strong visual taste with a clear understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, composition, and hierarchy.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.Interest or experience in AI-assisted creative workflows with the desire to implement new toolsBasic understanding or the desire to learn Figma, eCommerce, or digital marketing.How to ApplyIf you're highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.Must be based in Dubai!
