Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Design (Electrical) to join our team in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesLead electrical design and engineering activities across projects.Design and review Primary & Secondary Electrical Systems.Design earthing/grounding, lightning protection, lighting, emergency lighting, and lighting control systems.Prepare and review SLDs, schematics, technical specifications, and detailed electrical layouts.Manage design validation, verification, technical reviews, and approval processes.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.Coordinate electrical interfaces with Civil, Structural, Architectural, BIM, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Firefighting, CCTV, Protection, and Secondary Design teams.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and project requirements.Support project execution from design development through final submission.Provide technical support to proposal and estimation teams during bidding stages.Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions.RequirementsBE / BTech in Electrical Engineering.15+ years of relevant electrical design and engineering experience.Minimum 10 years of experience in GIS and AIS Substation design and engineering.Strong knowledge of Primary & Secondary Electrical Systems.Strong leadership, coordination, and team-management skills.Experience in utility and major infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
