NOW HIRING A DESIGN MANAGERKey Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all design activities across museum, exhibition, theming and high-end fit-out projects.Lead multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring architectural, technical, specialist and subcontractor designs are fully coordinated.Manage design programmes, approvals and deliverables to ensure designs are issued on time and aligned with project requirements.Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, BIM teams and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and technical issues.Drive design development, buildability, and value engineering while maintaining the required quality and design intent.Identify and resolve design risks, clashes and technical challenges throughout pre-construction and project delivery.Requirements:10+ years’ experience in design and BIM management, with 5+ years on cultural/museum projects.Demonstrated experience as a Project Lead on major fit-out projects.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; BIM/Digital Construction qualifications preferred.#FletcherPiccoloAssociates #MakingALastingImpact #Construction #RealEstate
