Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSalary: Up SAR 50,000 + BenefitsA leading real estate developer is looking for an experienced Structural Design Manager to join its development team in Riyadh.We are seeking a strong structural engineering professional with proven experience delivering high-rise developments of 25+ floors, either within a leading consultancy or on the client/developer side.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience managing the structural design of high-rise buildings (25+ floors).Strong technical understanding of structural systems, design development and engineering coordination.Experience managing and coordinating structural consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.Ability to lead structural design from concept through detailed design and construction.Strong experience reviewing and challenging design deliverables, ensuring technical quality, compliance and constructability.Experience with design coordination, value engineering and resolving complex structural interfaces.Previous experience working for a real estate developer/client is highly relevant, while candidates from major engineering consultancies with significant high-rise portfolios are also encouraged to apply.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across consultants, contractors and internal development teams.If you have strong high-rise structural design management experience and are interested in working with a major real estate developer in Riyadh, I’d be interested in hearing from you.They are also looking for Mechanical Design Manager The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience managing mechanical design for high-rise buildings (25+ floors).Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, fire protection and associated mechanical building services.Experience managing and coordinating mechanical consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.Ability to oversee design development from concept through detailed design and construction.Strong experience reviewing and challenging technical design submissions, ensuring quality, compliance, coordination and constructability.Experience with design coordination, value engineering and resolving complex MEP interfaces.Previous experience working for a real estate developer/client is highly relevant; candidates from major engineering consultancies with significant high-rise portfolios are also encouraged to apply.Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors and internal development teams.
