Design Manager

Position: Design Manager ExpertJob Requirements & Qualifications:1. Minimum 15 Years of Experience2. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university.3. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, supervision, and technical support, including:Experience in the construction of electrical substations and transmission line projects.4. Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.5. At least 10 years of experience in similar projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.6. Full knowledge of the standards and requirements of:- Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)- Technical specifications and electrical transmission codes.7. Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities.- Proven ability to manage challenges, pressures, risks, and ensure quality project delivery.- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
