Its mission is driven by core values of innovation, quality, and excellence, which underpin sustained growth and industry leadership.Role Description The Design Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and guiding the façade design team to deliver accurate, efficient, and innovative design solutions for aluminium and glass building envelope projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and involves coordinating design activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards, and collaborating closely with engineering, production, and project management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and approving design drawings and shop drawings, resolving technical issues, optimizing design details for manufacturability and installation, and maintaining documentation and design records. The Design Team Leader will also participate in client and consultant meetings, provide technical support during project execution, mentor team members, and promote best practices in design and quality. Continuous improvement of design processes and alignment with Al Barary’s commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence are central to this role.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong expertise in façade design, aluminium and glass systems, curtain wall and cladding solutions, and architectural detailing.Candidates should possess solid skills in CAD and BIM design tools, 2D/3D drafting, and technical drawing review and coordination.Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant building codes, structural and thermal performance considerations, and international façade standards.Candidates should possess proven leadership and team management abilities, including task delegation, mentoring, and performance monitoring.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, engineers, and production teams.Candidates should possess strong organizational and project coordination skills, including time management and attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications or specialized façade certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in aluminium façade contracting or architectural building envelopes in the Middle East market is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to fast-paced project environments,
