Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global private markets investment manager on a senior compliance hire for their Irish AIFM.Reporting to the Head of Compliance, EMEA in Dublin, you'll lead delivery of the AIFM's compliance programme and support the wider EMEA and global compliance agenda. It's a role with real breadth, a collaborative open-door culture and a firm known for low turnover.What you'll do:- Own compliance with AIFMD, CP86 and Central Bank of Ireland requirements, including regulatory filings- Run compliance monitoring, policies, procedures and logs, and report outcomes and breaches to the Board- Design compliance frameworks for new product and fund launches and distribution across EMEA- Advise product, investor relations, marketing and operations teams, including review of marketing materials and RFPs- Support the MLRO on financial crime compliance and contribute to global regulatory change projectsWhat you'll bring:- 7 to 10 years in compliance, governance or oversight, ideally at a ManCo or asset manager- Strong knowledge of the Irish AIFM landscape: AIFMD, CP86, CBFD, SFDR, MiFID II, EMIR, DORA and CBI guidance- Experience designing and implementing a fund management company compliance programme- The ability to turn complex regulation into clear, practical advice- A law or related degree; LCOI or similar is an advantageIf interested, please apply today!
