This role will support new product launches, core fragrance packaging, and innovation initiatives, translating fragrance stories, consumer insights, and emerging beauty trends into compelling visual experiences.The Designer will work across the full creative process, from initial concept development through final production, creating cohesive design systems that incorporate color, typography, pattern, illustration, photography, and graphic design.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative design concepts for Beauty, Fragrance, and Body Care collections and innovation initiatives.Translate fragrance stories, consumer insights, and beauty trends into distinctive packaging and product designs.Create cohesive visual systems across multiple products and packaging formats.Support designs from initial concept through final production.Create Design Turn Overs (DTOs) and finalize artwork for production.Review mechanical artwork and production files for design accuracy.Develop concept boards, mood boards, design presentations, and visual storytelling materials.Research emerging trends in beauty, fragrance, wellness, lifestyle, color, materials, and packaging.Explore innovative graphic treatments, decorative techniques, materials, and finishes.Provide creative direction to mechanical art and production teams.Collaborate with Design leadership, Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and other cross-functional teams.Participate in store visits, competitive research, and consumer insight activities.Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Qualifications4–6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging design, illustration, or a related creative discipline.Experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, or Consumer Products is preferred.Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, graphic design, typography, color, and visual storytelling.Strong understanding of beauty and fragrance aesthetics.Experience developing cohesive design systems across multiple products, formats, and packaging structures.Strong conceptual thinking and ability to take ideas from initial inspiration through final execution.Experience with photography, illustration, pattern, typography, and other visual assets.Understanding of print production, packaging artwork, and decorative techniques is preferred.Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are required.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.Ability to incorporate creative direction while bringing forward new ideas.Passion and curiosity for Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care, wellness, and emerging consumer trends.EducationBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.What Will Make You Stand Out?We're especially interested in candidates who demonstrate:A genuine passion for Beauty, Fragrance, and Body CareStrong packaging and visual storytelling experienceA sophisticated understanding of beauty and fragrance aestheticsCreativity and curiosityStrong collaboration skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detailIf you're a creative designer passionate about beauty, fragrance, packaging, and consumer trends, this is an opportunity to contribute to exciting product development and brand initiatives from concept through production.ABOUT USPrideNow is Pride Global’s light industrial staffing organization, a distinguished division within the Pride Global network.
