If you enjoy working with people, managing multiple projects, and seeing a design come together from concept to completion, we'd love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients into the showroom and guide them through material and design selections.Learn about each client's project and recommend products that fit their style, needs, and budget.Prepare detailed work orders and accurately document project specifications.Track project timelines and ensure materials are ordered and delivered accurately.Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status and scheduling.Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Keep projects organized while managing multiple clients simultaneously.QualificationsExcellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys helping clients, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
