This collaborative environment allows our skilled technicians to innovate, mentor one another, and consistently deliver outstanding results.Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Arch Designer (AoX) to join our dynamic Full-Arch Department. In this role, you will leverage advanced CAD technology to design custom dental restorations that align with clinical standards and client specifications. Collaborating closely with our technical and production teams, you’ll transform digital artistry into precise, manufacturable restorations that achieve superior esthetics, functionality, and patient satisfaction.What You'll Be Responsible For:Use CAD software to design full-arch restorations, crowns, bridges, and implants.Collaborate with the technical and production teams to review patient cases and ensure designs meet clinical and operational requirements.Ensure all digital designs comply with lab standards and are production-ready.Review and modify designs based on feedback from dental professionals and internal quality checks.Maintain accurate documentation of designs, versions, and revisions within the lab’s software system.Work closely with customer service and technical support teams to resolve design-related issues in a timely manner.Stay current on the latest dental design technologies, materials, and CAD/CAM advancements to continuously improve quality and efficiency.Who We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in dental design, ideally in a full-arch or implant-focused environment.Proficiency in dental CAD software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, or similar).Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and manufacturing processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based production environment.Prior experience with digital workflows for full-arch or implant-supported restorations, preferred.Knowledge of dental materials and their functional applications in full-arch cases, preferred.Familiarity with lab management systems and digital design documentation, preferred.High attention to detail and precision.Strong problem-solving and time management skills.Adaptable and eager to learn new techniques and technologies.Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.This role may require prolonged standing, sitting, and fine motor use of hands for digital design work. Light lifting (5–30 lbs) may occasionally be required.Why SKDLA?
