The ideal candidate will combine instructional design expertise, learning theory, content development, and modern learning technologies to create training programs that support employee development and measurable learning outcomes.🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end learning experiences based on business objectives and learner needs.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps.
- Translate business requirements into clear learning objectives and structured training solutions.
- Develop instructional strategies for classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning programs.
- Create course outlines, lesson plans, learning pathways, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
- Develop engaging e-learning modules, interactive activities, assessments, simulations, and digital learning content.
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models, and evidence-based learning practices.
- Design learning experiences that accommodate different learning styles, skill levels, and learner needs.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather, validate, and organize technical or business content.
- Convert complex information into clear, accessible, and engaging learning materials.
- Write instructional content, scripts, scenarios, case studies, quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments.
- Develop storyboards and prototypes before full-scale course production.
- Work with multimedia designers, developers, trainers, and other stakeholders to deliver learning projects.
- Review and edit learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and instructional effectiveness.
- Design assessments that accurately measure learner knowledge, skills, and achievement of learning objectives.
- Establish learning evaluation methods and use learner feedback to improve course effectiveness.
- Support the development of onboarding, compliance, technical, leadership, professional, and role-specific training programs.
- Develop reusable learning assets, templates, frameworks, and design standards.
- Ensure learning content follows organizational branding, accessibility, quality, and instructional standards.
- Use learning management systems and digital learning platforms to publish, organize, and manage course content.
- Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, assessment results, and other learning metrics.
- Analyze learning data and recommend improvements to course design and learner experience.
- Conduct usability and learning-experience reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with emerging instructional technologies, AI-assisted learning, digital learning trends, and learning methodologies.
- Support the implementation of innovative learning formats such as microlearning, gamification, scenario-based learning, and interactive learning.
- Manage multiple learning-design projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in instructional design, learning design, curriculum development, training development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience developing digital, blended, virtual, or instructor-led learning programs.
- Strong ability to define learning objectives and align content, activities, and assessments with desired outcomes.
- Experience creating storyboards, course structures, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and content-development skills.
- Excellent visual and information-structuring abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and present information in an engaging way.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills when working with subject-matter experts, trainers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of learning evaluation and assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of multimedia production, video learning, animation, or interactive design is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools for learning-content development is an advantage.
