DesignOps Consultant - Saudi ArabiaDesignOps Consultant required to support the set-up of a large Customer Experience project for a industry leader in Saudi Arabia.This is a strategy position where the successful candidate will coordinate design operations across the program including the operating model, governance, tooling and rituals for the UX/UI team who will design the system.12-month initial engagement located full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - project starting in October / November.Key experience required:Proven DesignOps experience on large scale CX programmesStrong client facing skills in KSA - able to work with stakeholders and understand local cultures and nuancesStrong hands on experience across Figma, Miro and modern research tooling i.e MazeProcess governance - design systems, asset libraries, template frameworksExperience with AI accelerated design / research toolsRegulated industry experience - telecoms, financial services, government, digital infrastructureKSA experience - able to understand local culture and societal trends across generationsArabic and English language skills
