Job Description
Lead and monitor the daily performance of the Desk Collection team.Ensure team members achieve collection targets and KPIs.Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.Monitor attendance, discipline, and team productivity.Prepare and review daily/weekly performance reports.Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth operational processes.Handle team issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Desk Collection Team Leader/Supervisor or in a similar position.Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or collection is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Willing to work WFO in Yogyakarta.
