You will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to end users across a range of devices, applications, and workplace technologies. You must ensure the efficient delivery of IT services through incident and request management, device lifecycle support, asset management, troubleshooting, and user assistance. You should possess strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to support both onsite and remote users in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities:Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and end-user computing equipment.Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and related hardware and software environments.Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities for end-user devices and workplace technology.Support Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop.Diagnose and resolve complex desktop, application, network connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.Maintain accurate asset inventory records and update Configuration Management Database (CMDB) information.Set up, support, and troubleshoot video conferencing and meeting room technologies.Provide end-user guidance, training, and technical assistance to improve user productivity and technology adoption.Monitor ticket queues, provide timely updates, ensure compliance with operational processes, and escalate issues when required.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience: Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and end-user device support.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory administration.Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues.Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and video conferencing systems.Good understanding of network fundamentals, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.Experience with incident, request, and problem management processes using ITSM/ticketing tools.Knowledge of asset management and CMDB maintenance practices.Ability to perform device imaging, software deployment, patch management, and system upgrades.Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Desirable Skills:ITIL Foundation certification.Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or equivalent certification.Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).Rewards & BenefitsTCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
