About the Role
This role involves providing L1/L2 end-user support for devices, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft 365 services, including user management, onboarding/offboarding, and troubleshooting issues across tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. It also includes advanced endpoint management using Intune for device enrolment, compliance, application deployment, security enforcement, and Autopilot provisioning, along with monitoring endpoint health. Additionally, the role covers asset lifecycle management, documentation, SLA adherence, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance.What will you be doing?Provide L1/L2 technical support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, and peripheralsTroubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, Wi-Fi, and networksAdminister Microsoft 365 services: user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, distribution lists, and Teams/SharePoint accessHandle device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, application installations, and user profile configurationManage OneDrive/SharePoint sync, file access, and permission-related issues while maintaining detailed documentation and SLA complianceCoordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Security teams for escalations and issue resolutionManage Intune endpoint operations including device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment, Autopilot, and security enforcement (BitLocker/FileVault)Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle tracking, ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with ISO/PCI standardsWho are you? 2–5 years of experience in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Computing rolesStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Outlook, and TeamsHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center (user, group, and license management)Good understanding of Intune device management and endpoint security fundamentalsBasic knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and diagnosticsExperience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Freshservice) and ticket handlingStrong communication, problem-solving, customer service skills, with added advantage of PowerShell, Autopilot, and security/compliance awarenessWhy Join Us?
