Team members contribute to a fast-growing social media technology environment focused on innovation and user experience.Role Description The Developer Full Stack - Web & Mobile role at InstantDM is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The developer will design, build, and maintain web and mobile features that power the InstantDM platform, working across front-end interfaces and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure, scalable architectures. The role involves collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust solutions, debugging issues, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The developer will also contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, deployment pipelines, and documentation.QualificationsStrong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Web Design for responsive, accessible user interfaces.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with the ability to design and maintain APIs, databases, and server-side logic.Solid Web Development foundation, covering both client-side and server-side technologies and integration between web and mobile components.Experience building or supporting social media, messaging, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.Familiarity with mobile-friendly web technologies and cross-platform development frameworks is beneficial.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with experience using version control systems such as Git.Comfort working in a collaborative, on-site environment in Coimbatore, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
