Development Director

Director of DevelopmentIMKAN Properties is seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead the delivery of a portfolio of real estate development projects, managing the full development lifecycle from inception to completionThe role will oversee development strategy, feasibility, master planning, design, approvals, budgeting, stakeholder management, and execution, ensuring successful delivery in line with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholdersKey Requirement• 15+ years of experience in real estate development, preferably with leading developers in the UAE• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or master-planned developments from inception to completion• Strong expertise in feasibility studies, development strategy, budgeting, and project delivery• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, with Abu Dhabi experience preferred• Experience in sales launches, feasibility assessments, and identifying new development opportunitiesIf you are an experienced development leader looking to contribute to landmark projects in Abu Dhabi, we would like to hear from you
