Development Manager | Low-Carbon Infrastructure📍 Oxfordshire – hybrid, 3 days per week💷 £75,000–£90,000I’m recruiting a Development Manager for a fast-growing organisation delivering major low-carbon energy infrastructure projects across the UK.You’ll take ownership of projects through the development lifecycle, helping turn early-stage opportunities into commercially viable, investment-ready projects.Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects through development and stage-gate processes
• Coordinate commercial, technical, planning and legal workstreams
• Develop business and investment cases
• Manage planning, consenting, land and utility requirements
• Engage with local authorities, partners and key stakeholders
• Support projects through investment approval and towards financial closeWe’re looking for strong development experience within energy, utilities, renewables or infrastructure.
