Sydney, NSW | Residential & Mixed-Use DevelopmentAn established and highly active Sydney property development group is looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager to join its growing team.This is an opportunity to work within a well-capitalised development business with a strong pipeline of projects and play a key role across the full development lifecycle, from initial feasibility and acquisition support through planning, design, delivery and completion.The RoleWorking closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:Managing residential and mixed-use developments from feasibility through to completionSupporting acquisition opportunities through initial feasibility, due diligence and development assessmentManaging planning, DA and approval processesAppointing and coordinating architects, planners, engineers and specialist consultantsDriving design outcomes while maintaining commercial and project objectivesManaging project feasibilities, budgets, programmes and development riskWorking closely with internal acquisitions, design, construction and sales teamsManaging key external stakeholders including councils, authorities and consultantsOverseeing procurement and construction delivery alongside the project teamIdentifying commercial opportunities and proactively resolving development issuesReporting on project progress, financial performance, programme and risk to senior managementTaking ownership of projects through practical completion and settlement
