This structure highlights the strength and collaboration across our shared group of companies.About the RoleYou will drive high-profile property developments from initial acquisition through to final handover.ResponsibilitiesAcquisition & Due Diligence: Manage the legal process and due diligence associated with the exchange of land purchase agreements.Team Leadership: Tender, appoint, and coordinate the project design team.Design Management: Manage the design process for construction and planning projects to ensure high quality and value for money.Statutory Approvals: Oversee planning permission, fire cert, and disability access certificate applications.Utility Infrastructure: Coordinate and manage all utility applications.Planning Compliance: Ensure compliance with planning permissions, managing contributions, bonds, and the Part V process.Financial Control: Develop project budgets, manage costs, and assist in securing finance from lenders and investors.Project Delivery: Manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers while overseeing cost, programme quality, and health and safety.Strategic Analysis: Conduct market analysis, development plan reviews, and prepare return on investment (ROI) appraisals.Stakeholder Management: Liaise with design teams, solicitors, agents, statutory bodies, purchasers, funders, and landowners.Commercialization: Manage all aspects of property marketing and sales to private individuals or institutions.Handover & Aftercare: Manage property handovers and oversee post-construction management or transitions to property management firms.QualificationsEducation: Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Town Planning, or Property Economics.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a Property Development role with a proven track record in fully lifecycle projects.Advantage: Prior experience in a Project Management and Construction is highly desirable.Required SkillsExcellent communication, strong administration, analytical skills, and sharp attention to detail.Ability to hit strict deadlines on multiple tasks using your own initiative within a team environment.Valid full driver’s license with a good driving record.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in a Project Management role is highly desirable.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary and benefits package (To Be Confirmed / discussed at interview stage).Clear career progression within a rapidly growing group of companies.To Apply, please submit your CV and cover letter directly through this LinkedIn post.
