Development Manager - Industrial

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee industrial real estate projects, including ground-up developments and value-add/redevelopment opportunities. This role will manage projects from initial feasibility and due diligence through entitlement, construction, and completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage industrial development projects from acquisition through completion and stabilizationManage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other third-party partnersOversee entitlements, permitting, design, budgets, schedules, and pre-constructionWork closely with construction teams to monitor project costs, schedules, contracts, and overall executionAssist with contractor selection, bid reviews, and negotiationsPrepare project updates and reporting for senior leadership and capital partnersCollaborate with acquisitions, asset management, finance, and construction teamsIdentify and manage project risks throughout the development processQualifications3+ years of commercial real estate development experienceIndustrial development experience strongly preferredExperience with ground-up and/or value-add projectsPrior construction or construction management experience preferredStrong understanding of development, entitlement, and construction processesExperience with financial modeling, underwriting, and development budgetsStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent project management, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredThis role has a direct growth path into a VP of Development role.
