Development Manager (Luxury Condos)

Average employee tenure exceeds 7 years and every candidate we've placed there is still with the company.The PositionYou should bring minimum 7 years' real estate development experience, and must have experience across ground-up residential, multifamily, and/or mixed-use construction. This role will be heavily involved on the pre-development side of projects, so experience in acquisitions, entitlements and/or design is favoured.What's on offer?Base salary up to $170K depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits including health insurance and 401k.This is a chance to join one of Miami's most established, vertically integrated development firms, building some of South Florida's most exciting projects.
