DevOps Enginee

Role PurposeDesign, build, and operate the cloud and delivery foundations that enable the company’s products and engineering teams to scale reliably. Own the automation and operational practices that move software from development to production, while maintaining availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency. Work closely with engineering, QA, and security stakeholders to make releases repeatable, services observable, and incidents manageable.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment configuration using appropriate tools.
• Manage cloud services, servers, networking, and development and production environments.
• Monitor system availability and performance, investigate alerts, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage releases, deployments, and rollback procedures.
• Apply security controls, access permissions, secrets management, and system updates in coordination with relevant teams.
• Work with development and QA teams to improve build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Document infrastructure, operational procedures, and incident response processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, operating costs, and service risks.Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience administering Linux or Windows environments, depending on the company’s technology stack.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with containers such as Docker and orchestration platforms where applicable.
• Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of networking, identity and access management, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond methodically to incidents.
