If you're interested in the job and think you have what it takes to work at 2K, we encourage you to apply! <h2 data-path-to-node="7">What We Need</h2> We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who can build, support, and improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling that help teams deliver reliable services and better developer experiences. This role focuses on hands-on engineering, automation, and day-to-day operational excellence in partnership with other engineers and teams. <h2 data-path-to-node="10">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="11"> <li> Pipeline & Infrastructure Management: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation. </li> <li> Environment Reliability: Support the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments. </li> <li> Workflow Optimization: Improve developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation. </li> <li> Observability & Incident Response: Contribute to observability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response. Participate in on-call rotations and help resolve operational incidents. </li> <li> Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes. </li> <li> Standards & Security: Help maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and operational runbooks. </li> <li> Cost Efficiency: Support cost-conscious engineering through efficient infrastructure usage and tagging practices. </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="13">What Will Make You a Great Fit</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="14"> <li> Core Experience: Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles. </li> <li> Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP. </li> <li> CI/CD Workflows: Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. </li> <li> Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with IaC and automation tooling. </li> <li> Operations & Monitoring: Understanding of monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational support practices. </li> <li> Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, clear communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="15">Bonus Points</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="16"> <li> Experience supporting containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. </li> <li> Familiarity with observability platforms, cost optimization practices, or security-focused automation. </li> <li> Experience working in large-scale or multi-team engineering environments. </li> <li> Exposure to scripting or programming languages used for automation and tooling. </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="18">Reasonable Accommodation & Security Notice</h2> As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to ensuring that qualified individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform their essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
