DevOps Engineer

Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. We make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide.  We are looking for a DevOps engineer to become part of our DevOps team. Part of the DevOps job is, to be in charge of the Production environment and all strategic processes in the organization, escorting and supporting R&D teams, develop and enriching new automation.Responsibilities:Mature perception when it comes to a Production environmentCollaborate with various engineering departmentsAbility to build CI/CD solution best practice specially micro servicesAnalyze, design, and develop new featuresUpdate K8S clusterBuilding and managing our infrastructureRequirements: At least 6 years of experience as a DevOps engineer (Infrastructure knowledge - must)At Least 4 years of experience in AWS (RDS, infrastructure, lambda, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, etc…)At least 3 years of practical experience with K8S - in particular EKS – Must (calico / istio advantage)K8S tools - Keda, Robusta, ArgoCD, secret/Vault, Mesh,Canary B/GExperience with Network Infrastructure, Linux, Firewall, DNS, CDN toolsExperience with Ansible / TerraformExperience with monitor systems: ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, App Dynamic / DatadogDB knowledge: SQL, RDSCoding skills: Python / PowerShell, Ansible, Shell, Groovy, PHP, JavaScriptThis a hybrid role from our NYC office with a 3 day in office policy.Total Compensation: $150,000-200,000Global-e is an equal opportunity employer.
