Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), release automation, containerization, and GitOps to enable secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application deliveryImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configurationDevelop and manage release automation processes to ensure reliable and repeatable deploymentsImplement GitOps practices and deployment automation across multiple environmentsIntegrate code quality, security scanning, and testing into CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with Development, Platform Engineering, QA, and Security teams to streamline software deliveryMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize build, deployment, and release processesAutomate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management toolsEnsure platform security, scalability, availability, and compliance with enterprise standardsMaintain technical documentation and operational runbooksMust-Have SkillsStrong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelinesExperience with GitLab OR Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deliveryExperience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform OR AnsibleExperience with Argo CD or comparable GitOps deployment toolsExperience with SonarQube for code quality and static code analysisExperience with Release Automation tools and deployment strategiesHands-on experience with Docker OR Kubernetes for containerization and orchestrationStrong scripting skills using Bash OR PowerShell OR PythonExperience with Git version control and branching strategiesStrong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and cloud-native architecturesGood to HaveExperience with AWS OR Microsoft Azure OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience with Helm OR KustomizeExperience with Prometheus OR Grafana OR ELK Stack for monitoring and observabilityKnowledge of HashiCorp Vault or other secrets management solutionsExperience implementing DevSecOps and security automationFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practicesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field3–12+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Platform Engineering, or Cloud EngineeringPreferred SkillsExperience designing enterprise-scale CI/CD and GitOps platformsStrong understanding of software release management and deployment best practicesExperience delivering cloud modernization and DevOps transformation initiativesExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to build secure, scalable, highly available, and automated software delivery platforms
