Comblack is hiring a Security Operations Center Team Lead!The role includes managing and leading a team of security professionals, continuously monitoring and investigating cybersecurity incidents end-to-end, defining detection rules and threat-response playbooks, coordinating with internal and external security teams, and providing ongoing reports and insights to management.What are we looking for?5+ years of experience in Information Security, including at least 2 years in Security Operations Center analysis or Incident ResponseProven experience managing a technical team, preferably a Security Operations Center teamStrong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Google Security Operations, Splunk, QRadar, or similar technologiesExperience creating and maintaining detection rules and incident response playbooksStrong knowledge of network protocols, Windows and Linux environmentsExperience with security technologies such as XDR, SASE, Firewalls, and NACRelevant cybersecurity certifications and a background in Digital Forensics are considered an advantageExperience working with government or regulated organizations is a significant advantageWhy Comblack?Comblack is dedicated to creating accurate and meaningful connections between people and the right opportunities.
