DevOps Engineer

Team members have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape the country’s digital future and influence broader global development efforts.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Dhaka. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery across multiple projects. The role involves managing Linux-based systems, performing system administration tasks, and automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools. The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with software development teams to streamline deployments, improve observability, and ensure system performance and security. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring production environments, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of deployment and operations processes.Qualifications Strong System Administration and Linux skills, including managing servers, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate provisioning, configuration, and environment management.Hands-on expertise in Continuous Integration practices and CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance.Background in Software Development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand code deployment workflows.Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to maintain system reliability and quickly identify issues.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
