AI DevOps LeadLocation: Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite 4 days/week)Type: Contract-to-Hire or Full-TimeWe are partnering with an established retail organization seeking an AI DevOps / AI Operations Lead to help build and scale the operational foundation for enterprise AI initiatives.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for AI platform operations, deployment pipelines, reliability, governance, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure. The position will work closely with the Director of AI and Senior AI Architect to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.Key Requirements:Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude (required)Strong background in AI Operations, DevOps, and cloud infrastructureExperience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationAzure experience preferred (AWS/GCP also considered)Experience with AI system monitoring, governance, reliability, and cost optimizationStrong understanding of security, permissions, observability, and operational best practicesExperience leading technical teams and driving operational excellenceComfortable partnering with business stakeholders to identify and solve operational challengesPrior experience in retail, fashion, apparel, consumer products, or similar industries strongly preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing AI organization and play a key role in building the operational backbone that will support enterprise-scale AI adoption.Apply below and I'll be in touch.
