You will work closely with development, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure security is integrated across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide hands-on support in the analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of security solutions and architectures to protect cloud (AWS) infrastructure assetsDesign, configure, and support secure AWS cloud solutions using industry best practices and security principlesImplement and manage cloud security tools such as Snyk, Sysdig, AWS Security Hub, WAF, AWS Shield, and related technologiesContribute actively to the DevSecOps model, ensuring security is embedded throughout the CI/CD pipeline and SDLCImplement and support API security, container security, Kubernetes security, and overall cloud workload protectionServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cloud security, providing guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholdersDesign and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, access controls, and security group configurationsCollaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelinesConduct cloud security and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standardsCreate and maintain security documentation including policies, standards, procedures, and architecture diagramsStay current with evolving cloud security threats, tools, and best practices to continuously improve NETSOL’s security postureRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline5–6 years of overall experience in Information Security, with at least 3–4 years of hands-on experience securing cloud environments (AWS preferred)Proven experience working with Developers, DevOps, and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments to implement DevSecOps practicesStrong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO, NIST, CIS, and GDPRHands-on experience with AWS security services including IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty, WAF, and ShieldStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend effective remediation strategiesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams and business unitsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate security risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), or equivalentExperience with containerized and microservices-based architecturesExposure to enterprise compliance and audit processesWhy Join NETSOL?Opportunity to work on global, enterprise-scale cloud platformsCollaborative and security-first engineering cultureProfessional growth through challenging projects and continuous learningCompetitive compensation and benefitsLocation: Lahore (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
