With a strong focus on quality and customer preferences, the company has expanded its presence to markets across the globe, offering a diverse range of perfumes and fragrance products.JOB VACANCY – DG SPECIALISTAl Rehab Perfumes Company is looking for a DG Specialist to join our team in Jeddah and handle the preparation and processing of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments for perfumery and fragrance products.Key Responsibilities· Prepare and process DG shipments in accordance with applicable air-transport regulations.· Classify and prepare perfumery and fragrance products based on their Dangerous Goods classification.· Ensure correct packaging, marking, labeling, documentation, and shipment preparation.· Prepare and verify required DG declarations and shipping documents.· Ensure compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA DGR) and applicable airline and transport requirements.· Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, and relevant internal departments regarding DG shipments.· Maintain accurate DG records and ensure shipments comply with current requirements.Requirements· Previous experience handling Dangerous Goods shipments, preferably in perfumery, fragrance, cosmetics, or similar products.· Valid IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) training/certificate, appropriate to the candidate’s job function, particularly for personnel involved in preparing and processing DG shipments for air transport.· Good knowledge of DG classification, packaging, labeling, marking, and documentation requirements.· Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance procedures.· Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with logistics and shipping teams.
