The company is committed to environmental stewardship with a focus on zero carbon emissions, while empowering tribal women through self-help groups that promote independence and sustainable livelihoods.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DGFT Head role based in Raipur. The DGFT Head will oversee all activities related to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, including managing import and export licensing, advance authorization, EPCG, and other foreign trade incentives. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant export-import regulations, maintaining updated knowledge of DGFT policies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders, customs, and other regulatory bodies. The DGFT Head will prepare and review documentation, monitor application status, maintain records, and support audits related to foreign trade benefits. The position also includes optimizing duty savings, advising leadership on policy changes, and contributing to strategic decisions for international trade operations.QualificationsImmediate joiners are preferable.Strong expertise in DGFT regulations, export-import policy, and foreign trade procedures.Experience managing licenses, schemes (such as Advance Authorization and EPCG), and related documentation.Proficiency in coordinating with customs, ports, banks, and government authorities for trade-related matters.Solid knowledge of international trade, EXIM operations, and compliance frameworks.Ability to analyze policy changes, assess impact on business, and recommend suitable strategies.Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping, and documentation skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Law, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in international business or trade law is an advantage.Prior experience in a DGFT-focused leadership or senior EXIM role within manufacturing or export-oriented organizations.
