The therapist is responsible for performing laser treatments in accordance with DHA guidelines and clinic protocols, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe operation of laser equipment. Daily tasks include preparing treatment rooms, explaining procedures and aftercare instructions, maintaining accurate clinical records, and monitoring patient responses during and after laser sessions. The role also involves ensuring strict adherence to infection control and safety standards, coordinating with physicians and other clinical staff, and participating in ongoing training on new laser technologies and techniques. The therapist is expected to provide a professional, empathetic, and informative experience for every patient.QualificationsValid DHA license or eligibility as a laser therapist, nurse, or relevant healthcare professional in Dubai.Formal training and certification in laser therapy and laser safety practices.Experience performing aesthetic or dermatological laser procedures in a clinical or medical spa setting.Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures, risks, and aftercare clearly.Attention to detail and adherence to clinical documentation, infection control, and safety protocols.Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient service and professionalism.Proficiency in basic computer use for electronic medical records and scheduling systems.Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine is preferred.
