We are looking for Diabetes Educator Specialist , Who provide education, training, and ongoing support to patients with diabetes and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure the safe and effective use of diabetes management devices and therapies. The role aims to improve patient outcomes, enhance treatment adherence, and support customer satisfaction through continuous education and clinical support.Key Responsibilities :Patient Education & Product TrainingHealthcare Professional Collaboration & Patient EngagementPatient Follow-up & Clinical SupportReporting, Monitoring & Cross-Functional CoordinationCustomer Satisfaction, Safety & ComplianceEducational Qualifications & Certifications :Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Health Education, Biomedical Engineering, or any related healthcare field.Knowledge & Experience (Functional and job related)2–5 years of experience in diabetes education, patient support, healthcare training, or medical devices. .
