About us the3Us.org is building common practice guidelines for patient advocacy across the Arab and African region, led by We Want Life under the Arab African Council of Advocacy and Narratives (AACAN), with the Egyptian Healthcare Authority as national partner.Our first milestone, Activate the Voice, launches on World Diabetes Day, 14 November 2026. Before we write any awareness message, we listen to the public. We measure what people know about diabetes, how they treat those living with it, and how they see the illness.
