With extensive networks of doctors, hospitals, diagnostics, pharmacies, and ambulances across thousands of pin codes and hundreds of cities, CNH enables employers to enhance employee wellbeing and streamline healthcare operations.Role Description: The Diabetology Consultant will provide comprehensive clinical care for individuals with diabetes and related metabolic conditions in an on-site setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role includes conducting detailed consultations, assessing risk factors, diagnosing and managing different types of diabetes, and developing individualized treatment plans, including lifestyle modification, medication, and monitoring protocols. The consultant will regularly review clinical outcomes, adjust therapies based on evidence-based guidelines, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as nutritionists, primary care physicians, and specialists to ensure coordinated care. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve patient education on self-management, adherence, and prevention of complications, as well as documentation, use of CNH’s technology platforms, and participation in chronic care and preventive health initiatives for corporate clients.Qualifications: Clinical expertise in diabetology and endocrine disorders, with strong skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term management of diabetes and metabolic syndrome.Proficiency in patient counseling and education, including lifestyle modification, nutrition guidance, and support for adherence to medication and monitoring regimens.Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating care with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other allied health professionals in an enterprise healthcare setting.Comfort using electronic medical records and tech-enabled healthcare platforms for documentation, reporting, and teleconsultation support when needed.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic, culturally sensitive, and non-discriminatory patient care.MBBS with formal training or certification in Diabetology.Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice, with prior experience managing diabetes in outpatient or corporate healthcare environments preferred.Commitment to evidence-based medicine, preventive care, and continuous professional development in diabetology and chronic
