The company encourages direct communication for information on products and services through its website and dedicated email channels.Role Description The Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse at TurQuoise will provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing hemodialysis and other dialysis treatments, ensuring safe and effective clinical practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and monitoring dialysis equipment, assessing patients before, during, and after treatment, and documenting care in accordance with clinical protocols and organizational standards. The role also involves supporting infection control measures, educating patients and families on dialysis procedures and home care, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and comfort. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abha, requiring regular interaction with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in a clinical environment.Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials and strong foundational nursing skills.Hands-on experience or training in Hemodialysis and Dialysis procedures and protocols.Knowledge of Infection Control practices and adherence to safety and quality standards.Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and clear health education.Strong observation, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.Willingness to work on-site in Abha and maintain flexibility in shifts as needed for patient care.Prior experience in dialysis or acute care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
