Job Title: Diesel Generator Maintenance TechnicianJob Code: JPC - 6275Location : Abu Dhabi - UAEExperience: 5 : 10 YearsEducation: Diploma DegreeLanguage: Excellent in EnglishJob DescriptionPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on diesel generator sets and associated auxiliary systems.Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair diesel engines in accordance with OEM recommendations.Maintain fuel systems, lubrication systems, cooling systems, intake and exhaust systems, and engine accessories.Perform maintenance on alternators, excitation systems, starting systems, batteries, charging systems, and control panels.Conduct engine alignment with alternators and perform coupling alignment checks after maintenance.Replace and adjust engine components including injectors, fuel pumps, turbochargers, cylinder heads, pistons, liners, bearings, valves, and seals.Perform engine performance testing, load bank testing, commissioning, and operational verification following maintenance activities.
