The best ones on our team are the ones who can explain the value of what we do, handle a hesitant lead on a call, and convert interest into enrollment, without sounding like a salesperson.If you have a clinical background but you have always been the person in the room who is good at persuading, explaining, and building trust fast, this role is built for you.What you will do:Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp and phone calls and convert them into paying clientsConduct brief consultations that double as discovery + pitch callsManage active clients on our Standard and Select programsCreate diet plans, follow up on compliance, and run weekly video sessionsWork closely with our senior dietitians and sales team to handoff and escalate where neededWhat we are looking for:BSc or MSc in Dietetics, Nutrition, or Food Science (mandatory)1 to 3 years of clinical or online nutrition experienceSomeone who has done client-facing work and is comfortable on callsStrong communication in Hindi and EnglishComfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic toolsBonus: prior experience in a wellness startup or D2C health brandWhat this is NOT:This is not a pure clinical role where you write plans and disappearThis is not a pure sales role where outcomes do not matter to youIf you are uncomfortable with revenue targets, this role will not suit youWhat you get:Fixed salary + performance incentive tied to client conversionsWork with one of India's most experienced nutrition teams (led by Ms. Renu Puri, 35+ years)Fully online delivery model, no hospital shiftsReal ownership over your client outcomesLocation: Noida Sector 39Joining: Immediate preferred
