The environment encourages curiosity, innovation, and the use of data to drive commercial outcomes.The RoleAs a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing digital and ecommerce performance, uncovering insights, and supporting key business decisions across the customer journey.Key responsibilities include:Analyse digital commerce and ecommerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance driversUse SQL and web analytics platforms to understand customer behaviour and journey performanceEvaluate on-site activity and conversion funnels to improve customer experienceSupport performance marketing analysis, attribution, and campaign effectiveness reportingBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders across the Digital teamTranslate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for business usersPartner with customer journey and product teams on testing and experimentation initiativesPerform web analytics QA, including tagging, tracking, and data validationCombine data from multiple sources including customer, marketing, and commercial datasetsSupport the ongoing development of the reporting environment as analytics capabilities evolveYour Skills & ExperienceStrong SQL skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate large datasetsExperience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a similar web analytics platformExperience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or other visualisation toolsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insightsUnderstanding of customer journeys, digital performance metrics, and ecommerce analyticsExperience working with stakeholders and presenting recommendations in a clear, engaging wayKnowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and web analytics QA is beneficialRetail, ecommerce, or customer-centric analytics experience is highly desirableWhat They OfferExposure to large-scale international ecommerce operationsOpportunity to work across customer journey analytics, performance marketing, and digital optimisationInvolvement in exciting analytics transformation projects, including Power BI and modern data platform initiativesClear opportunities to develop technical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills within a growing analytics functionHow to ApplyIf you're a Data Analyst with strong SQL skills, web analytics experience, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights, apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
