The successful candidate will study audience behavior across De Art's digital channels, identify meaningful patterns, and turn data into practical recommendations for editorial, content, and audience-development decisions.The ideal candidate is analytical and curious, with an interest in both visual arts and digital media. They should be comfortable working with data while also understanding that audience behavior around art is influenced by cultural, visual, and contextual factors.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze audience engagement across De Art's website and social media channels.
- Track relevant metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, content performance, and other available indicators.
- Identify patterns in audience interests and determine which subjects, artists, formats, and themes generate meaningful engagement.
- Compare the performance of different content formats, including articles, artist features, visual collections, carousels, short-form videos, and educational content.
- Prepare regular audience and content-performance reports for the De Art team.
- Translate quantitative findings into clear and practical recommendations for editorial and content planning.
- Conduct audience research through surveys, platform insights, content feedback, and other appropriate methods.
- Identify emerging audience interests and potential content opportunities within the visual arts and digital culture space.
- Support the Content Strategist and editorial team in evaluating new content formats and publishing approaches.
- Develop simple frameworks for measuring the performance of recurring content series and special projects.
- Monitor relevant digital arts and cultural media trends to provide context for audience behavior.
- Maintain organized datasets, reports, dashboards, and documentation related to audience insights.
- Help establish measurable objectives for selected digital content and audience-development initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Data Analytics, Business, Cultural Studies, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in visual arts, digital culture, and online media.
- Understanding of digital audience behavior and content performance measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, analytics platforms, dashboards, and basic data visualization.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify meaningful patterns in data.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to combine quantitative information with qualitative cultural and audience insights.
- Familiarity with website and social media analytics tools is an advantage.
- Experience in digital media, audience research, marketing analytics, cultural organizations, publishing, or creative industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of visual arts or cultural media is strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, SEO, or digital marketing analytics is an advantage.WHAT WE OFFER
