Title: Senior Business Analyst (Digital Assets & Capital Markets)Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)Employment Contract. Job Description: Experience Required:• 8–12 years as Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in Financial Services• Strong exposure to Capital Markets (Securities Lifecycle, Trading, Custody)• Hands-on experience in Digital Assets, Crypto Custody, Wallets, or Trading platforms• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsRole Overview:Lead business analysis and product development and integration for Digital and Traditional Assets platforms. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead requirement discovery and impact analysis across Defi and TradFi space• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical artifacts• Define end-to-end workflows spanning onboarding, trading, settlement, and asset servicing• Collaborate closely with front offices, trading desks, custody operations, compliance, and engineering teams• Support Agile ceremonies – backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and demos• Act as Proxy Product Owner, driving backlog prioritization and delivery outcomes• Develop process models, data flows, and integration requirements (APIs, platforms)• Support UAT, release readiness, and production validationRequired Skills:• Capital Markets – Trade Lifecycle, Settlement, Reconciliation• Digital Assets, Cryptocurrencies, Stablecoins, Crypto Custody, Wallets, and Trading Platforms• Blockchain & Digital Assets (Tokenization, DLT platforms)• AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance• Business Analysis in Agile (User Stories, Backlog, Acceptance Criteria)• Requirement Translation (Business → Functional → Technical)• API Integrations & System Interoperability• Stakeholder Management across Business & TechnologyPreferred Skills:• Experience with institutional custody platforms (Fireblocks, BitGo, Anchorage, etc.)• Exposure to tokenized assets / RWA / digital securities• Strong understanding of exchange, broker-dealer, or custodian ecosystems• Data analysis and reporting in trading/custody environmentsKey Traits:• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking• Ability to operate in cross-functional, global teams• High ownership mindset with product-oriented thinking
