Apply & track with Apply EdgeJoin Nike EHQ as a Business Analyst, Business Offense, Loyalty & Data Analytics and play a key role in driving profitable growth across Nike Digital EMEA.In this role, you will support the Director of Business Offense, Loyalty and Data Analytics at the intersection of commercial trade, loyalty, and business analytics. You will connect data, insights, and actions to enable commercial decision-making across Nike Direct Digital platforms, including Nike App, Nike.com, and SNKRS. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help shape business narratives, drive alignment, and support strategic initiatives that accelerate Nike Digital performance across EMEA.This is a temporary assignment running until 15 January 2027.What are you going to do?Own and coordinate recurring business reporting, including Weekly Trade Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Monthly Forecast Meetings (MFM), translating data into clear business narratives.Support the Business Offense & Analytics Lead in driving Weekly Trade processes, identifying commercial opportunities, risks, and actions across Sports and Functions.Consolidate stakeholder inputs and develop executive-ready presentations that support business reviews and strategic decision-making.Analyze business performance, consumer trends, and commercial results to provide actionable insights that drive profitable growth across Nike Digital EMEA.Partner closely with teams across Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Digital Commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on priorities and business objectives.Maintain consistency in reporting, messaging, and business storytelling while adapting to evolving business priorities and strategy shifts.Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-driven solutions, increasing efficiency and reducing manual work.What do we offer?Competitive salary (to be discussed with the recruiter)Flexible hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days from homeUnlimited vacation days to recharge whenever you need8% holiday allowanceSTIPP pension plan to secure your future€0.23/km commuting allowance (up to €23 per office day)€5 daily work-from-home allowance25% employee store discount – gear up with Nike!Access to Adecco Academy online learning for continuous growthFree use of on-campus gym facilities to stay activeBike plan to make your commute greener and healthierWhere will you work?Nike, Inc., a global leader in athletic footwear, apparel, and innovation, is headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, and serves as a beacon of inspiration for athletes worldwide.
