Job Title: Digital Business Analyst (Salesforce)Job Type: Contract, 9 months +Location: DubaiStart Date: ASAPJob Description:- Role Summary-A leading retail group in the Middle East is hiring a Digital Business Analyst to drive requirements and delivery across digital products and customer journeys, with Salesforce experience central to the role.What you'll do:Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteriaWork across business, product, design, engineering and QA to clarify requirements, surface dependencies and align solutions to business outcomesSupport backlog refinement, sprint and PI planning — ensuring requirements are estimation-ready with risks and scope clearly definedMaintain end-to-end traceability from requirement through design, build, testing, UAT, sign-off, release and post-go-live validationAnalyse customer, operational and digital performance data to identify issues and shape future requirementsWhat you'll bring:Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital products or customer journeysHands-on Salesforce experience — essential for this roleStrong requirements-writing and process-mapping skillsComfortable working in Agile/sprint-based delivery environmentsExperience owning requirements traceability through to post-go-live validation
