- ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environmentsHands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Working knowledge of mobile application development lifecycles (iOS/Android)Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WMSExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery modelsWorking knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds)Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
