This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital banking channels and related applications, ensuring a secure, reliable, and user-friendly customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, integrating external systems and services, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance of web and mobile banking platforms. The engineer collaborates closely with product, security, and infrastructure teams to meet business requirements, comply with regulatory standards, and support production deployments. The role also involves documenting technical solutions, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of development and integration practices.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, with experience in designing, coding, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.Candidates should possess solid Programming skills, ideally in languages commonly used in digital banking channels (such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, or similar).Candidates should possess relevant Electronics and Verilog skills when working with embedded or hardware-related banking systems and interfaces.Candidates should possess Integration skills for connecting banking platforms with core banking systems, third-party services, APIs, and middleware.Experience in digital banking, financial services, or payments platforms is highly beneficial.Knowledge of security best practices, regulatory requirements, and high-availability system design is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
