As a collaborative group of digital specialists, we support project teams with coordination, digital workflows, quality assurance, and technology adoption. We are committed to innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, helping shape the future of construction while delivering outstanding value to our clients and stakeholders.Your RoleAs a Digital Construction Coordinator - Senior, you willSupport the management of client expectations, ensuring BIM scope and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.Assist in developing, communicating, and maintaining ongoing refinement of information management resources including the BIM execution plan, lead appointed party exchange information requirements, responsibility matrices, and master information delivery plan.Contribute to the configuration and operation of the project’s common data environment (CDE) including ALEC’s distributed CDE solution(s) and core collaboration technology stack.Implement and manage BIM workflows from contract award through to project handover and approval of deliverables.Perform 3D spatial coordination, ensuring issues and clashes are identified, reported, and resolved with project stakeholders.Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support on BIM processes, use cases, and technologies to project teams.Ensure robust QA/QC processes are applied to models and information deliverables from both internal teams and subcontractors.Represent BIM and Digital at project-level meetings, ensuring compliance, progress, and performance are reported.Manage resources, implement strategies, and provide leadership to teams and departments to achieve business performance goals.Promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within departments, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and contributing to corporate responsibility goals.Implement and manage continuous improvement and innovation projects within teams and functions, streamlining workflows, optimising resources, and delivering measurable efficiency gains.Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisation.Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.What We’re Looking ForSkills and CompetenciesEssentialGood Knowledge of ISO 19650 & Information Management (IM) Processes.Proficiency with BIM Authoring & Coordination Tools (e.g., Revit, Tekla, Archicad, Navisworks, Revizto).Understanding of OpenBIM Standards (IFC, COBie) & Cloud-Based Common Data Environment (CDE) Platforms (e.g., Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud Docs, Asite).High Attention to Detail, Accuracy, & Ability to Deliver Under Pressure.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication, collaboration, & organisational skills.Desirable Experience or Interest in Automated Model Checking, Data Validation, & Data Reporting Platforms (e.g., Solibri, Power BI).Familiarity with Visual Programming (e.g., Dynamo), 4D/5D BIM Processes, & No/Low-Code Software (e.g., Morta, Plannerly).Analytical, Resilient, & Collaborative Mindset with Willingness to Learn, Develop, & Adapt to Emerging Digital Tools.Qualifications & Experience Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or5+ years experienceWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to shape the future of digital project delivery?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.
