Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator

MOJEH Magazine is looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator to join its digital team, working across MOJEH and MOJEH Men.This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a fashion or beauty story, publishing content to a website, planning a social shoot, getting behind the camera and editing short-form video.Working closely with both the digital and print editorial teams, the successful candidate will help create and publish content across MOJEH’s website and social media platforms. The role combines digital writing, social media coordination and end-to-end content production, with the opportunity to grow into greater editorial responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Editorial & Website

• Research and write original digital articles across fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, culture and lifestyle, meeting a minimum monthly article output
• Identify relevant news, trends, launches and personalities for digital coverage
• Adapt selected content from MOJEH and MOJEH Men print editions for digital publication
• Upload, format and manage articles through the CMS, ensuring high standards across copy, imagery and presentation
• Optimise articles according to SEO guidelines, including headlines, metadata, links and other on-page requirements
• Work closely with the print editorial and digital teams to coordinate content, identify opportunities and extend print stories across digital platforms
• Contribute ideas to the digital editorial calendar and wider content planningSocial Media & Content Production
• Help plan, coordinate and maintain the social media calendar across MOJEH and MOJEH Men
• Create and publish platform-specific content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn as required
• Write captions, scripts, interview questions and other social copy in the appropriate voice for each brand and platform
• Develop ideas for short-form video series and social-first content across fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, culture, lifestyle and men’s style
• Identify and secure relevant personalities, experts, creators and industry figures for interviews and social content
• Coordinate shoots and content opportunities, including arranging interviews, appointments, locations and access
• Film interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, events, launches, fashion and beauty content and other editorial moments
• Edit content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Stories and other social formats, adapting material appropriately for different platforms
• Provide on-the-ground social coverage at selected shoots, events and launches
• Schedule and publish content, monitor engagement and support community management
• Support sponsored social campaigns and ensure agreed client content is produced and published accurately and on time
• Monitor content performance and use insights to help improve future editorial and social outputWhat We’re Looking For
• Excellent written English, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• The ability to write clean, engaging digital editorial content and adapt tone for different formats
• Strong short-form video skills, including filming and editing content independently
• Confidence using mobile and/or camera equipment for interviews, events and social shoots
• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other major social platforms, including their different content formats and audiences
• An understanding of CMS publishing and basic SEO principles, or the ability to learn quickly
• A strong visual sensibility and an understanding of luxury positioning
• A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, culture and lifestyle, with awareness of both international and Middle Eastern markets
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate people, shoots and deadlines
• A proactive approach to finding stories, people and content opportunities rather than waiting to be assigned every task
• The ability to work across several projects in a fast-moving editorial environment
• Flexibility to attend shoots, launches and events, including occasional evening or weekend coverage when required
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage but are not essentialThis is a junior role with scope to grow.
