We’re Hiring! – Social Media Content CreatorAstrolabe is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.If you’re passionate about storytelling, trends, and crafting content that connects with people — we’d love to meet you.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in social media content creation and copywriting.Strong understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, short-form videos).Ability to plan, script, shoot, and edit short videos using mobile or desktop tools.Excellent bilingual writing skills (Arabic & English) — creative captions and catchy hooks.Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, or similar).Experience with content calendars, scheduling, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).Familiarity with community management and trend research.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, produce, and publish daily/weekly creative content for all Astrolabe platforms.Write compelling bilingual captions and video scripts.Collaborate with the marketing, design, and multimedia teams to execute campaigns.Manage audience engagement (comments, DMs) and nurture community interaction.Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, saves) and share insights.Stay ahead of social trends and creatively adapt them to our brand identity.Work LocationAmman – Abdullah Ghosheh Street & Astrolabe branchesHow to ApplySend your CV and portfolio (links to your best social posts/reels/shorts) to:📧 careers@astrolabecoffee.comPlease include in the email subject line:Job Application – Social Media Content Creator – [Your Name]Or apply directly through our LinkedIn page
