Role Description The Corporate Intelligence Analyst at VFX Grace Studio will support strategic decision-making by researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and financial performance relevant to CG creature effects and digital media. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering data from internal and external sources, producing clear reports and dashboards, and identifying risks and opportunities that can influence studio planning and resource allocation. The role involves collaborating with production, finance, and business development teams to translate insights into practical recommendations, and contributing to customer and partner intelligence to strengthen relationships and service offerings. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the ability to convert complex information into actionable insights.Candidates should possess foundational finance skills, such as understanding budgets, forecasts, cost analysis, and basic financial metrics relevant to studio operations.Candidates should possess clear communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication, report writing, and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams, and respond to inquiries with tact and reliability.Candidates should possess training skills, including the ability to share knowledge, support onboarding for relevant tools or processes, and present findings to colleagues in a structured way.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools; experience with data visualization or reporting platforms is beneficial.Experience or strong interest in the CG, VFX, or digital media industry is a plus, especially familiarity with production workflows.Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
